1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by jlo8 (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and jlo8, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of jlo8 services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2.2 Account Registration

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and valid government-issued identification. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information. jlo8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures mandated by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Each individual is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on jlo8. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.3 Verification Process

jlo8 may require you to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed. 3. Deposits and Payment Methods

You confirm that all funds deposited into your jlo8 account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. jlo8 complies with AML regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

4. Withdrawals and Winnings

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals at any time subject to meeting wagering requirements on deposits and bonuses. Minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours from submission, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. 4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings upon withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and possible account closure without refund of deposits.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

jlo8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, active bonuses will be removed from affected accounts, but previously completed wagering and legitimately earned winnings will be honored unless bonus terms were violated.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Player Protection

6.2 Self-Exclusion

6.3 Underage Gaming Prevention

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Using bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated system to access the Platform or manipulate gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns.

• Charging back legitimate deposits through your payment provider without valid reason.

7.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these Terms will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Upon confirmation of prohibited activity, jlo8 may: permanently close your account, forfeit all balances and winnings, refuse future services, report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities, and pursue legal action to recover damages. jlo8's decision regarding violations is final and binding.

8. Game Rules and Software

8.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games offered by jlo8 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and certified by independent third-party auditing firms. RNG systems ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and not influenced by previous results or external factors. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of jlo8 shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

jlo8 is not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: force majeure events (typhoons, earthquakes, floods), government actions, internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor errors, or acts of terrorism.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

11.3 Arbitration and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the processes above shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285) and the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against jlo8.

12. Amendments to Terms

jlo8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, website banner announcement, or account notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of jlo8 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, you will no longer have access to the account, and any active bonuses will be forfeited.

13.2 Involuntary Termination

jlo8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect or determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or conducted any prohibited activity. Upon termination, all balances may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from registering a new account in the future.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. jlo8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of jlo8 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
